  • 1 tbsp. Designs for Health PaleoReds
  • 2 tbsp. whole chia seeds
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 cup filtered water or unsweetened non-dairy milk

One serving of PaleoReds delivers the equivalent of four servings of fruit (according to Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) without the approximate 60g of sugar. This low glycemic method of delivering the synergistic power of antioxidant rich fruits and vegetables can also be enjoyed if you are following a lower carbohydrate diet. Try it out for yourself!


In order, place ice, chia seeds, PaleoReds powder and liquid in a blender. Blend ingredients until chia seeds thicken mixture to a consistency thicker than a smoothie. Transfer ingredients into a serving bowl and top with fresh dark berries, coconut flakes, grain-free granola and additional chia seeds.
