Fat Fudge

  • 1 cup organic cold pressed coconut oil
  • ¼ cup full fat coconut milk
  • 2 scoops Designs for Health Chocolate PurePaleo Protein
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp. sea salt

PurePaleo Protein supports muscle mass, connective tissue production and provides easy to assimilate protein peptides, such as amino acids, vitamins and minerals (A, B and D). This fat fudge is equally versatile helping to curb sweet cravings, support a lower carb or ketogenic style eating plan and give greater options to those with digestive issues or food sensitivities. This guilt free treat will not spike blood glucose levels and will leave you satisfied!


Mix coconut milk and coconut oil in a bowl with a hand blender and cream together on high. Lower blender speed and add dry ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Transfer mixture into a parchment lined tray and freeze for 1 hour. Remove mixture from the tray, cut into cubes and enjoy as a quick snack. Fudge can be stored in the freezer for up to four weeks.


Cubes can also be added and blended into your favourite smoothie!
